Aim: The purpose of this course is to enable the student to work towards becoming self-employed in a small-to-medium enterprise (SMEs).

Project Management Projects and operations, project phases, stakeholders, project team roles and responsibilities, labour resources, materials, work breakdown structures, graphical planning, communication plan, delivery timelines, managing time/cost/ milestones, , preplanning, problem identification, problem solution and introduction to Microsoft project management software.
2. Self Employment Small business structures, roles and functions of support agents, legislative and regulatory requirements, business plans, marketing and promotions, organizational management skills, decision analysis.
